1. Heard Sri. Varun Y., learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. C.K. Ravishankar, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. Present Civil Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure with the following prayer:
"WHEREFORE, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to transfer the above MC No.246/2025 on the file of I Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Mangaluru, to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Udupi in the interest of justice and equity."

Facts in the nutshell which are utmost necessary for disposal of the present petition are as under:

HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42964 CP No. 278 of 2025 3.1 Respondent is the husband of the petitioner aged about 70 years. Petitioner is aged 60 years. Respondent has filed a petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act seeking restitution of conjugal rights. 3.2 Wife who is residing in Udupi seeks transfer of said petition from Mangalore to Udupi as she is unable to attend the Court at Mangalore.
4. Sri. K. Ravishankar, learned counsel for the respondent submits that respondent is now not well and is paralytic and he is in the intensive care unit at hospital at Mangalore having serious heart ailment as well where only 30% of his heart is functioning.
5. Taking note of these peculiar facts, if the petitioner is directed to participate in the pending matrimonial proceedings at Mangalore through videoconference, ends of justice would be met.

6. If such an application is filed by the petitioner, learned Trial Judge at Mangalore shall allow such application and permit the petitioner to participate in the pending matrimonial proceedings through videoconference.
