JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 30-07-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 300 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 13, 16, 17, 18 of the National Security Act, 1980 and Section 20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Amendment Act, 2004. 3. As per the prosecution case, three country made pistol and eight live cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2024. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45301 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. The petitioner is accused in four more cases of similar and serious cases, it appears that he is active naxalite of the area. 7. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 8. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected. 9.
