D ATE : FEBRUARY 05, 2025 1) Mr.Kale learned counsel for respondents seeks to correct his statement as recorded in the order dated 03/02/2025 to the effect that petitioner Nos.1 to 9 have been granted higher pay scale and are actually being given the same. 2) Mr.Sharma does not dispute this position; considering which the petitioner insofar as petitioner Nos. 1 to 9 is concerned the grievance does not survive. 3) Insofar as petitioner No.10 is concerned Mr.Kale upon instructions makes a statement that pay fixation for petitioner No.10 shall be made within one month from today and the arrears determined shall be paid within two weeks thereafter.
