1. In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner herein has alleged non- compliance of order dated 09.10.2012 passed in SWP No. 2279/2012, in terms whereof, the said petition came to be disposed of with the direction to the respondents to take decision on the claim of the petitioner No. 2 for her appointment on compassionate grounds.
2. Statement of facts has been filed accompanied with Govt. Order No. 112-IND of 2016 dated 20.05.2016, wherein it has been provided that the case of the petitioner and one Suneet Singh widow and son of the deceased Sh. Angrez Singh stands considered and found devoid of any merit.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid specific stands taken by the respondents as also the
order dated 20.05.2016, seemingly the respondents/contemnors have complied with the order, non- compliance of which has been alleged in the instant contempt petition.
4. Contempt notice thus issued is recalled and proceedings are closed.
