Case No.303 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 109, 191(2), 190, 115(2), 118(2), 125, 126(2), 127(2), 121(2), 132, 324(4), 324(5), 131, 121(1) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner and others assaulted the victim and when police party went to rescue her, they were also assaulted by the accused persons. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2025 and he has one criminal antecedent. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
