ORAL ORDER
Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with a case registered in Cr.No.102/2025 of Madivala Police Station, Bengaluru City, for offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 190, 308(2), 351(2) of BNS, 2023.
2. Heard both sides and perused the material on record.
3. In the complaint lodged by one Muthu kumar P., he has alleged that on 15.3.2025 after visiting his sister’s house, he left Vellore at 8.00 p.m., and while he was near Total Mall in Bengaluru at 11.00 p.m., two unknown persons restrained him and by threatening, took him to a room situated behind the Total Mall, wherein four more persons came and all of them assaulted him and

demanded cash and phone and took away Rs.500/- and a mobile phone from him.
4. FIR is registered against six unknown persons. Accused No.2 came to be arrested on 6.4.2025. It appears that based on the confession statement of the said accused, the petitioner is arraigned as an accused.
5. No criminal antecedents against the petitioner has been brought to the notice of the Court. It is submitted that accused No.2 has been enlarged by the learned Magistrate on
28.5.2025. Petitioner has undertaken to co-operate with the investigation of the case. Hence, the following:
ORDER
1. Petition is allowed.
2. Petitioner/accused No.1 in Crime No.102/2025 registered by Madivala Police Station, Bengaluru City, shall be released in the event of his arrest, subject to following conditions:

a) He shall appear before the Investigating Officer within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with a surety for the likesum. b) He shall furnish his residential address/contact number and shall inform the I.O. in case of change in the address/contact number. c) He shall co-operate with the investigation of the case. d) He shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence/witnesses either directly or indirectly. e) He shall be regular in attending the Court proceedings.
