(Oral) As per status report received from Additional Sessions Judge, Kaithal, it has been alleged that charge in this case was framed on 02.12.2019, under Sections 148, 302, 149 and 120-B IPC and Section 3(2) (v) of SC/ST Act. There are total 12 accused and 11 accused are appearing before the Court as one accused Bhula Ram had expired. The matter is now pending for 10.07.2025 for awaiting death report of accused Bhula Ram. Five witnesses (including complainant) out of 32 witnesses have been examined. Thus, as per the aforesaid report, still large number of prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined. Since the framing of charge uptil now, even after elapsing of number of years the prosecution evidence is yet to be concluded. Prosecution is directed to make earnest endeavour to to conclude the prosecution evidence, at the earliest. Trial Court not to give any unwarranted adjournments in the present case. Disposed of.
