JUSTICE DIXIT KRISHNA SHRIPAD ORDER Order No. 01. 12.09.2025 W.P.(C) Nos.24844, 24847, 24849, 24854, 24887, 24888, 24903 & 24922 of 2025 The subject matter of these petitions is substantially similar to the one treated by this Court in W.P.(C) No.19856 of 2025 between Suresh Prasad Purohit v. State of Odisha & Ors., disposed off on 05.08.2025 by this Court. 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, drawing attention of the Court to the prayer column in these petitions, submits that like cases should be decided alike and whatever little relief has been accorded to the litigant in the cognate case needs to be extended to his clients also, on the principle of parity. There is force in this submission. In the above circumstances, writ petitions are disposed off reserving liberty to the Petitioners to make appropriate applications to OP No.3 supported by necessary documents within two weeks and if such representations are made, OP No.3 shall consider the same in accordance with law and within a period of eight weeks. Ordered accordingly and writ petitions are disposed off. It is open to the OP No.3 to solicit any information or documents from the side of the Petitioners, as required for taking a decision on the subject representations.
