Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the mandamus to direct the nature of respondent no.2 to 3 to endorse their name in the revenue records as per allotment order dated 10-07-1996." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that application filed by the petitioners is nothing but a representation and is not in accordance with the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 read with Rules framed therein. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate application for redressal of their grievance, in accordance with the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 read with Rules framed thereunder. In case such an application is filed within two weeks, the same shall be considered and decided by the concerned authority, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
