This writ petition has been filed to consider and dispose of the application filed by the Petitioners for lease of land in favour of the Trust Board of Shree Ram Seba Parisad, Fategarh, Nayagarh-Petitioner No.1. 3. Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioners, at the outset, submits that in the meantime, application for grant of lease has been rejected by the Tahasildar, Bhapur-Opposite Party No.5. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to seek remedy against the order of rejection of the lease application.
