Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, seeks direction upon official respondents to give effect to the engagement order of the petitioner bearing No. CEO/D/Legal/8829-32 dated 21.06.2013, from the date Harbans Singh, i.e. Proforma respondent No. 5, joined as RET in Primary School Shounsh, Zone Gundna, Tehsil and District Doda; with further direction upon the respondents to release all consequential benefits flowing out of the same, including regularizing the services of the petitioner as General Line Teacher w.e.f. the date proforma respondent-Harbans Singh has been regularized as such. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied, in case, this petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner, Serial No. 25 as raised in this petition, with regard to the grant of notional benefits. His statement is taken on record. 03. Learned counsel for the respondents did not resist the plea raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 04. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the plea raised by the petitioner in this petition and decide the matter, expeditiously, in accordance with law. 05.
