Heard Smt.Marella Radha, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions received from the Station House Officer, Karampudi, who is present now, submit that police completed investigation in Crime No.01 of 2019 and laid charge sheet in S.C.No.902 of 2021 on the file of X Additional District Judge, Gurajala, and after trial the case is ended in acquittal as per the Judgment on 25.08.2025 before the learned X Additional District Judge, Gurajala. 4. In the light of the above circumstances, the writ petition which was filed alleging that the police not conducting investigation in Crime No.01 of 2019 does not survive, as already the competent Court conducted trial and rendered judgment in the said crime. The presence of the Station House Officer, Karampudi Police Station, is dispensed with. 4 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
