The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Case No. 101 of 2025 arising out of Tetiya Bamber P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024 for the offence under Section 108 and 238 of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing his daughter. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the father of the deceased and charge-sheet has been submitted against him under section 108 and 238 of the BNS. 5. The petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2024. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42857 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. 7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of ADJ-IV, Munger/concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Case No. 101 of 2025 arising out of Tetiya Bamber P.S.
