Mr. Varun Deswal, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the separate order passed today in BAIL APPLN. 483/2026, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with the same FIR, namely FIR No. 13/2025 dated 24.01.2025, registered at Police Station Special Cell, Delhi, for offences punishable under Sections 21/29/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 3.
