It is brought the the notice of this Court by learned A.G.A. and learned counsel for the applicant as well that the proceedings of this case have been stayed by this Court in Application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. No. 2563 of 2025, which is still operative. 4. In view of that, there is no justification to pass an order for expeditious disposal of this case. 5. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
