PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed, by the Petitioners/Respondent Nos.1 to 4, seeking to quash the proceedings 2 against them in D.V.C.No.143 of 2023 on the file of the Court of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, M.Naga Raghu, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, before the trial Court, the evidence of P.W.1 was recorded. Learned counsel would further submit that the petition may be disposed of, dispensing with the presence of the Petitioners before the trial Court and with a liberty to the Petitioners to raise all their contentions before the trial Court. 3. Inspite of service of notice, none appeared for Respondent No.2. 4. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor is in attendance. 5. Recording the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to raise all the contentions in their defence before the trial Court.
