This Court, vide order dated 06.11.2023, passed in MCRC No. 6653 of 2023, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Pradeep Kumar Gupta, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on two occasions also, this Court had granted extension of KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 time for compliance of the order dated 06.11.2023. 4. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Sitapur, District – Surguja (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 06.08.2025 has requested for grant of six months time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in this case, at present the statements of 31 prosecution witnesses are yet to recorded therefore, he prays that the time period may kindly be extended. 6. The request made by the learned trial Court, is allowed, however, instead of granting six months, this Court deems it appropriate to grant further 05 months time for concluding the trial from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
