HARINATH REDDY SOMA 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.12030 of 2021 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.5 to 7. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 4th respondent in not considering the representations of the petitioner dated 24.05.2021, 01.06.2021 and 14.06.2021 in respect of protecting cart track situated in Sy.Nos.504/7 and 510/1A of Mungilipattu Grampanchayat, Chandragiri Mandal, Chittoor District from the encroachments of the respondent Nos.5 to 7. 3. On 28.07.2025 and 11.08.2025, the learned Assistant Government Pleader took time to file counter affidavit for the respondent Nos.1 to 4. On 11.09.2025, she took time to get instructions from the respondent Nos.1 to 4 with regard to the status of the representations of the petitioner dated 24.05.2021, 01.06.2021 and 14.06.2021. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the unofficial respondents also have not filed any counter affidavit inspite of so many adjournments. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject property strictly in accordance with law if so required for any public purpose. The petitioner is further permitted to make fresh representations to the respondent Nos.2 to 4 for the 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.12030 of 2021 relief claimed, enclosing all the necessary documents in support of his claim within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to consider and dispose of such representation, if any made by the petitioner by hearing all the parties concerned, including the petitioner and the unofficial respondent Nos.5 to 7. Upon verification of the records and the subject land, appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits as expeditiously as possible. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
