ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking following prayer: i. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any writ or order directing the Learned Trial Court to dispose of the Interlocutory Application No.3 filed by the Petitioner under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act in M.C. No.2728/2024 pending on the file of the Learned V Additional Family Judge, Bengaluru within one week.
ii. Issue any other writ or orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant under the facts and circumstances of the case.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that I.A.No.3 is filed on 21.03.2025 in MC.No.2728/2024 seeking maintenance/educational expenses. The trial court has heard the matter and it is reserved for orders and so far orders are not pronounced.
3. Considering the same this court is passing the following:

ORDER i. The V Addl. Family Court, Bengaluru shall pronounce the orders within three days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. ii. No notice is issued to the respondent as no adverse orders are passed and disposal of the case is in the interest of both the parties. iii. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. iv. All pending I.As., in the petition shall stand closed.
