The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the Petition and set aside and quash the impugned Criminal Proceeding of Criminal Case No. 13072/2022 Pending before Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur (C.G.) in relation to Crime No. 64/2022 register offence under 498-A, 34 at Mahila Thana Raipur in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondent No.1-State submits that in the present case, charges have been framed against the petitioners on 6.5.2025. 4.
