Pursuant to the order dated 19.05.2025, petitioner No. 1 Priya Tiwari @ Priya Devi (corpus) is present before this Court. From the perusal of record, it is apparent that according to the High School certificate, the date of birth of the petitioner No. 1 Priya Tiwari @ Priya Devi (corpus) is recorded as 28.01.2006 and is, accordingly major. On the query being raised, she has refused to go along with petitioner No. 2 Seema Tiwari and petitioner No. 3 Binod Kumar Tiwari and wants to go along with the respondent No. 5 Ayush Yadav. The petition has no merit and is, accordingly dismissed. The Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
