GP FOR WOMEN DEV CHILD WELFARE 3 The Court made the following ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.2 to 4 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader Women and Child Welfare Department appearing for the respondent No.1. 2. There is no representation for the respondent Nos.5 and 6 in spite of filing vakalat and no counter affidavit is filed so far. On 20.11.2025 also, there was no representation for the respondent Nos.5 and 6. 3. This Writ Petition was filed declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in providing the protection to the petitioner and her property bearing H.No.1- 107, new door No.3-121, admeasuring an extent of 105.29 Sq.yards situated at Thatiparthi Village, Gollaprolu Mandal, East Godavari District without considering the representation dated 10.03.2021. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.2 to 4, relying upon the written instructions of the 3rd respondent dated 03.12.2025, submits that the petitioner’s representation dated 15.03.2025 was considered by the 3rd respondent and an order was passed vide Ref:G/254/2025, dated 01.07.2025, as under: “After hearing the both parties, directed Smt., Paina Srilakshmi and paina Gopalakrishna to vacate the house belongs to Smt., Kesavarapu Satyavathi W/o Late Srirama Murhty at D.No. 3-121, Tatiparthi Village, Gollaprolu Mandal) within 15 days from the date of receipt of this orders. If 4 violated this orders liable for imposition of penalty of 3 months prison & Rs. 5000/- or both) under the provisions of Section 24(1) of the Maintenance and Welfare of the Parents and Senior Citizens Act. The Tahsildar, Gollaprolu and the Station House Officer, Gollaprolu were directed to give suitable advice (counselling) to the respondents and obtain an undertaking from them so that the petitioner would not be inconvenienced in the future. Since there was no further action to be taken in this regard, the case was closed with this order.” 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances as the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2025 was considered by the 3rd respondent, nothing survives further in this Writ Petition. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
