Heard Smt. K. Pallavi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering with the civil disputes in between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that the petitioner filed W.P.No.13697 of 2023 before this Court, wherein an interim order was granted, directing the respondents 4 to 6 therein not to take any coercive steps or dispossess the petitioner from the subject property. Pending the said writ petition, based on the complaint given by the Panchayat Secretary Sri A. Siva Kumar, a case in Cr.No.111 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 r/w 34 of IPC was registered against the petitioner and others. After completion of investigation, a charge sheet has been filed before the learned IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate and CC number is awaited. He would further submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 6. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow the due procedure of law regarding the crime which was registered against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
