The mandate of the learned Arbitrator is due to expire on April 16, 2025. The petitioner submits that the matter is at the stage of final arguments. 2. Under such circumstances and considering the advanced stage of the arbitral proceedings, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate by a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order to the learned Arbitrator, in order to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award. 2 3. This order is being passed for the ends of justice, as the Court finds that the petitioner and the respondent have claims and counterclaims which are required to be adjudicated. 4.
