1. The petitioner has preferred the instant writ petition assailing order dated 02.06.2025 by which the petitioner has been treated as surplus teacher. The petitioner has also prayed for restraining the respondents No. 4 and 5 to relieve/joining.
2. It has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already joined the transferred place of posting and thereafter she has filed an appeal before the respondent authorities assailing her transfer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has preferred representation before Divisional Level Rationalization Committee and the said representation has been rejected by them vide
order dated 08.10.2025. He would further submit that the instant petition may be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach before the State Level Rationalization Committee raising her grievance and the State Level Rationalization Committee may kindly be directed to consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in accordance with law.
4. Since vide order dated 08.10.2025 the Commissioner Rationalization Committee has already rejected the representation, the petitioner is at liberty to avail alternate remedy available to the petitioner before the State Level Rationalization Committee.
5. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of granting aforesaid liberty in favor of the petitioner. It is directed that the concerned authority shall consider representation preferred by the petitioner within a period of 04 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
