Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:76692-DB Court No. - 3 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 14867 of 2025 Petitioner :- Riya Srivastava Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Dhiraj Singh,Praveen Kumar Shukla Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Surya Pratap Singh Parmar Hon'ble Anjani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Jayant Banerji,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on his mutation application, an objection has been filed to which the petitioner has already submitted reply and therefore this petition. On a query by the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner admits that no publication has been made consequent to filing of the mutation application. Under the circumstances, this petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to ensure publication, if required, prior to passing of the order on the mutation application filed by the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from today. Once the period specified in the notice issued by means of the publication has expired, the respondent No.2 shall endeavor to decide the mutation application, as expeditiously as possible.
