The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Simdega P.S. Case No. 04/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 305(a) e), 306 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. 3. On 25.12.2024, named co-accused persons took away old generator and a gate from the premises of the informant. The accused persons subsequently sold it to this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was a bona fide purchaser. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega in connection with Simdega P.S.
