SRK, J WP No.21276 of 2025 2 Pharmacy course in the Petitioner institution, as communicated in its order dated 06-03-2025, on the purported ground that the Equivalency Certificates of the said students were not uploaded. The said rejection is impugned as arbitrary, illegal, and violative of Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India inasmuch as the requisite Equivalency Certificates had in fact been duly uploaded by the Petitioner-Institution on the official portal of the 2nd Respondent on 29-04-2025, and the subsequent representation submitted by the Petitioner on 18-07-2025 was ignored without due consideration, thereby offending the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to issue ratification orders of the FOUR students of the Petitioner institution and issue such other writ or order or direction as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of case. Pharmacy course in the petitioner institution, as communicated in its order dated 06.03.2025, on the purported ground that the Equivalency Certificates of the said students were not uploaded. The said rejection is impugned as arbitrary, illegal, and violative of Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India inasmuch as the requisite Equivalency Certificates had in fact been duly uploaded by the petitioner Institution on the official portal of 2nd respondent on 29.04.2025 and the subsequent representation submitted by the Petitioner on 18.07.2025 was ignored without due consideration, thereby offending the principles of natural justice and consequently direct 2nd respondent to issue ratification orders of the FOUR students of the petitioner institution.” 2. This Court, on 16.09.2025, passed the following interim order. “………….. SRK, J WP No.21276 of 2025 4 In the circumstances, 2nd respondent – APSCHE (Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education) is hereby directed to forthwith ratify the admissions of four students pursuing B. Pharmacy course in the petitioner institution, on condition of the petitioner institution paying Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) for each student, totaling to Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) to 2nd respondent-APSCHE. List the matter after Dussehra Vacation, 2025.” 3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner institution submits that the respondents have complied with the said interim order, hence no further orders are necessary to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
