This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring action of the respondents

aggrieved by the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not taking any action on my complaint dt.12.02.2020 against their high-handed activity of the 5th Respondent police officials in detaining and the petitioners in connection with Crime No.153/2019 Dt.08.08.2019 as illegal, irregular, arbitrary and violative of the provisions of Criminal procedure Code and also offends Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently punish the concerned police officials for illegal detention of Petitioners pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances.” ”
2. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on the last occasion i.e. on 12.09.2025. On 12.09.2025, the matter was directed to be listed to today. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
