The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the following prayer:- "I. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to comply the award dated 14.03.2024 (Published on 25.04.2024), passed by Presiding Officer Labour Court Rampur, in Adj. Case No. 3/2022 as well as interim order dated 20.09.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ C No. 29456 /2024 (Regional Manager Uttar Pradesh State Road, Transport Corporation, and another) by which the petitioner has been reinstated with continuity of job from 22.10.2019," 2. From the perusal of the relief as sought for by the petitioner as quoted above, the Court is of the prima facie opinion that insofar as the first prayer is concerned i.e for compliance of the award dated 14.3.2025, complete procedure has been prescribed under Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 to move a proper application before the Tribunal itself. 3. Insofar as the second prayer as quoted above for the compliance of interim order dated 20.09.2024, in case the petitioner is of the view that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with, a proper remedy to move an application either in that writ petition or to initiate the contempt proceeding. 4. In view of the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition is dismissed.
