JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. 2. It is the contention of the petitioner that by virtue of the memorandum issued on 07.12.1995 in No.LND.RU. CSR/32/1995-96, an extent of 1 acre 10 guntas of land in Sy.No.54 of Kadujakkanahalli Village, Idilavadi Hobli, Anekal Taluk was granted in favour of the petitioner. However, neither Saguvali chit is issued nor revenue entries have made in favour of the petitioner. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 – Tahasildar, Anekal - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35150 WP No. 25872 of 2025 Taluk to consider the representation given by the petitioner at Annexure-C dated 16.04.2025, verify the records and find out whether the petitioner was indeed granted the land. If it is found that the Committee had in fact regularised the land in favour of the petitioner, the Tahasildar shall proceed to pass necessary orders issuing Saguvali chit and enter his name in the land records pursuant to the issuance of the Saguvali chit. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
