Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition is duly covered by the judgment passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in case titled as Punjab State Warehousing Corporation Field Employees Union versus Union of India and others , CWP No.27725 of 2013 and other connected petitions, decided on 14.05.2025.
