Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police are interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. He would further submit that the respondent police threatening the petitioner to compromise in the civil disputes. The police are not receiving the complaint given by the petitioner against the unofficial respondents. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a complaint before the District Police Complaints Authority to work out his remedy. The Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, except under due process of law.
