The Court made the following Common Order: The petitioner herein, who is the plaintiff, in O.S.No.128 of 2017 before the learned VII Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Visakhapatnam, had moved I.A.Nos.515 of 2023 & 354 of 2024, for summoning the record in R.C.C.No.28 of 2011 as well as the vakalat in R.C.C.No.28 of 2011 and deposition of P.W.1, dated 08.02.2012, in R.C.C.No.28 of 2011 from the file of the learned Principal Civil Judge (Senior Division), Visakhapatnam and for sending the signatures of these documents for comparison with the disputed 2 RRR,J C.R.P.Nos.238 & 239 of 2025 signatures to a handwriting expert. These applications came to be dismissed, by way of a common order, dated 18.10.2024. 2. Aggrieved by the said order, these two Civil Revision Petitions have been filed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, during the pendency of these Civil Revision Petitions, the suit itself came to be dismissed yesterday i.e., 20.03.2025. 4. In such circumstances, these Civil Revision Petitions become infructuous and are dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to raise objections to the said orders in the Appeal that may be filed. 5. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
