GP FOR HOME 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a Writ Order of direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondents specifically respondent no.2 and 5 in trying to vacate the petitioner from shops bearing nos. 11,13 & 14, of Kareem Complex located at Dr.No.12-8-9/5 & 6, Hyder Saheb Street, Tarapet, Vijayawada of NTR District and thereby threatening the petitioner to implicate into false in the event of not vacating the said premises and further calling the petitioner to the respondent office and thereby abusing the petitioner with filthy language as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principle of natural justice and colorable exercise of power and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner and his business activities in any manner what so ever and also pass such other order and orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the unofficial respondent No.5 herein, the petitioner was called to the Police Station for preliminary enquiry and no crime has been registered. 4. Recording the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law.
