Heard Mr. Abhijeet Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Anand Shukla, learned counsel, appearing for respondents/IOC. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs : “10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ directing the Respondent Oil Marketing Company to enforce upon the Indemnity Bond executed by the Petitioner on 19.11.2025 (Annexure P/1), upon instructions by the Respondent No. 2, in favor of the Respondent Oil Marketing Company (Indian Oil Corporation Limited) so that work order can be issued to the Petitioner under the Letter of Acceptance dated 28.03.2025 [Annexure P/5 (Colly)] for supply of Air Turbine Fuel (ATF) from Lakholi Terminal Depot situated at Tehsil - Arang, District -Raipur, C.G. in the interest of equity & justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ directing the Respondent Oil Marketing Company to take decision on the Representation Letter submitted to the Respondent No. 2 & 3 physically and also vide Email dated 09.11.2025 [Annexure P/9 (Colly)], requesting for commencing work and also seeking an apology for the delay in providing his Tank Truck for supply of Air Turbine Fuel (ATF) from Lakholi Terminal Depot situated at Tehsil Arang, District Raipur, C.G. in the interest of equity & justice. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and appropriate, according to facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted.” 3. Mr. Anand Shukla, learned counsel, appearing for respondents/ IOC submits that the prayer No.1 which has been made by the 3 petitioner would be taken care of and the same would be decided in accordance with by the respondent No.2. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage and if the petitioner is aggrieved by further action, he has liberty to take recourse to law. 5.
