GP FOR IRRIGATION COMM AREA DEV 3 The Court made the following ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents, more particularly respondent Nos.5 and 6 in not deciding the claim of the petitioner for short payment of compensation in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3-07 guntas out of Ac.4-08 guntas covered by Survey Nos.278/A, 278/Aa and 278/E respectively of Dacharam village, Kukkunur Mandal of West Godavari District, as illegal, irregular, irrational etc., and for consequential directions. 2) Though Mr.Sk.Jahangeer Basha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks to advance arguments with reference to the grievance of the petitioners, the matter need not be examined in detail. The representation appears to have been made to the respondent authorities through Registered Post dated 23.11.2017 and as per the instructions dated 13.11.2025 of the Special Deputy Collector (LA), PIPRMC, Unit-II, Eluru, no orders have been passed on the representation of the petitioners referred to above. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the 6th respondent to take necessary action in the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioners agreed for disposal of the matter as proposed by the Court. 3) In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 6th respondent to take necessary action on the petitioners’ representation dated 22.11.2017, strictly in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity 4 of hearing to the petitioners, and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, within a period of eight (08) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
