No representation for the complainant. 2. Smt. Namitha Mahesh, learned AGA accepts notice for the first respondent. By the order of Single Judge which had been allegedly willfully disobeyed by the respondents, the first respondent was directed to consider the application of the petitioner for registration under the Karnataka Private Medical Establishments Act, 2007. - 3 -

Counter affidavit and the records produced along with the same show that the said representation was considered by the first respondent and the endorsement dated 30.08.2019 as per Annexure R.1 was issued rejecting his application/representation. The copy of the postal acknowledgment shows that the same was received by the complainant on 12.09.2019. 4. Annexure-R2/the order in W.P.No.16918/2023 (GM RES) shows that the complainant had filed another application and that was rejected as per endorsement dated 19.07.2023. He had sought quashing of the same and mandamus to consider his representations dated 25.07.2023 and 27.07.2023.
That writ petition was disposed of with a direction to him to file online application. On submission of such online application, respondents were directed to consider the same within six weeks. Thereafter respondents have again considered and rejected the representation as per Annexure-R.3. 5. Further, unit of the complainant was seized and a criminal case was ordered to be registered against him. It becomes clear that the complainant himself is abusing the
