ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declare the action of the respondents advising / warning seriously to the petitioner to vacate the land at the instance of respondents 5 to 7 and not receiving and registering the complaint given by the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to receive and register the complaint given by the petitioner by conducting necessary enquiry if any in the interest of justice and pass.…”
2. None represented for the petitioner(s).
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that since the subject matter in the present petition is civil in nature, the respondent police have not registered the crime on the complaint made by the petitioner.
4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
