The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking the following reliefs: “a) Issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or any other suitable Writ, order or directions thereby quashing and setting aside the impugned Letter dated 23.05.2025 bearing No. RACP/ SEC-II/EOW, New Delhi issued by the Respondent No.2. b) issue an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other suitable Writ, order or direction thereby directing the Respondent no.2 to forthwith register a First Information Report (FIR) based on the police Complaint dated 04.02.2025 lodged by the Petitioner with the SHO, Police Station Karol Bagh, against the accused persons named therein, for the cognizable offences disclosed. c) issue an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, or This is a digitally signed order. The Court finds that the petitioner if is aggrieved by inaction of the respondents authorities, the petitioner should have approached the Judicial Magistrate where the jurisdiction would lie. 3.
