Ravi, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Arjun Chowdary, learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. It is the case of the Writ Petitioner that the Writ Petitioner has submitted a Representation on 16.02.2023 for allotment of Patta (Ex.P.1). As there is no response the Writ Petitioner has also made an Application through Spandana on 27.03.2023. As the Written Instructions furnished by the Tahsildar on earlier occasion were unclear, this Court had directed the District Collector, SPSR Nellore District to furnish the clear Written Instructions vide Order dated 04.02.2025. The District Collector has furnished the Written Instructions in compliance of this Order dated 04.02.2025, which is submitted by the learned Asst. Government Pleader. Learned Asst. Government Pleader has taken this Court through the print out of the Public Grievance Redressal System Portal, which indicates that the Complaint of the Writ Petitioner was registered on 27.03.2023 and on 23.06.2023, the Endorsement of rejecting the request of the Writ Petitioner was uploaded. This Court has perused the print out of the Public Grievance Redressal System Portal. The Endorsement is also uploaded along with the information on 23.06.2023. 3. In this view of the matter, it is deemed that the Writ Petitioner had knowledge of the Endorsement. In this view of the matter, no cause survives in the present Writ Petition. 4. In view of the Para No.5 at Column No.9 of the Written Instructions furnished on the earlier occasion dated 01.02.2025, wherein it is stated that the Writ Petitioner has illegally cultivated Mirchi crop from last two months, there shall be a direction to the Official Respondents to maintain Status quo as regards the possession of the Writ Petitioner until the Writ Petitioner harvests the current crop. This interim protection shall seize to operate by the end of the season after the Writ Petitioner harvests the crop. 3 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Liberty is granted to the Writ Petitioner to avail remedies as available to him under law insofar as the Endorsement issued by the Tahsildar, dated 23.06.2023, is concerned. No order as to costs. 6.
