Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(DA), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 67(A) of the I.T. Act and 3(2)(v), 3(1)(w) of SC/ST Act. 3. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C has stated that when she went to cut grass, in the meantime, accused persons including the petitioner caught her and committed rape upon her and prepared video of the incident.
