The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 04 of 2025 arising out of Jadugora P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 69, 79 and 356(3) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 06 and 12 of the POCSO Act and Section 66(E), 67(A) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Exclusive (POCSO) Court, Jamshedpur. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the victim who is aged about 17 years. He is also alleged to have made her obscene video viral. 4. Statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. From perusal of which, it appears that she was having love affairs with the petitioner. She has also stated that she has firm belief that the petitioner had not made any obscene video viral. 6. This appears to be the case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Exclusive (POCSO) Court, Jamshedpur in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 04 of 2025 arising out of Jadugora P.S.
