On appeal preferred, by order dated 30th January, 2025 respondent no.2 (the District Registrar) found the document as required to be registered. In spite of the order, respondent no.3 (the Sub-Registrar) has not registered the document. 2. Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the document be presented once again, accompanied by appellate order dated 30th January, 2025. 3. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with certified copy of appellate order dated 30th January, 2025, to respondent no.3, on re-presentation of the document for registration. For the purpose petitioner may apply for return of certified copy of order dated 30th January, 2025, on furnishing photocopy thereof. 4. Respondent no.3, on re-presentation of the document being subject matter of appellate order dated 30th January, 2025 along with certified copies of our order and said appellate order, will forthwith register the document. 5.
