The present bail application under Section 483 of BNSS is filed by the applicant-accused Pavan Kumar S/o Late Balraj seeking bail in respect of a criminal case registered as FIR No.06/2024 dated 18.05.2024 registered at P.S. Cuber Police Station District - Dausa, for the offence under Sections 420, 120B IPC and 66D of IT Act.. 2. When this matter was listed on 22.05.2025, 02.06.2025 and 18.08.2025, no one has appeared on behalf of petitioner. We are disposing of the application on the basis of material available on record. 3. The impugned order dated 24.06.2024 in bail application No.159/2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dausa indicated that as per bank record of account of M.K. Enterprises operated by petitioner Pawan Kumar, there was a [2025:RJ-JP:37222] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-1684/2025] transaction of ₹7,20,11,556/-and total 36 complaints were registered by said account. All these 36 complaints were mentioned by learned trial court in impugned order. The material indicated that except one cash withdrawal, all other transactions are online. A copy of complaints were also filed on record. The petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2024 and charge-sheet has been filed. 4. Considering the gravity in allegations and also the fact that petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter, therefore the bail application is liable to be dismissed. 5.
