The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Musabani P.S. Case No. 38 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 253 of 2022, S.T. Case No.616 of 2022, for the offence registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Kamlesh Kumar Shukla, learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ghatsila. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased, who committed suicide in her matrimonial home due to hanging. Learned Spl.P.P on behalf of the State has submitted that there was some quarrel between the petitioner and his wife, due to which, she committed suicide. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Kamlesh Kumar Shukla, learned District and Additional Sessions Judge- I, Ghatsila, in connection with Musabani P.S. Case No. 38 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 253 of 2022, S.T. Case No.616 of 2022. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
