CORAM :THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI : 4**’ February, 2025 DATE PC: The present writ appeal has been preferred against an interim
order, dated 24.01.2025, in WP.No.1719 of 2025 by virtue of which without commenting on the issues on merits, the learned single Judge has only
directed the police authorities to follow due procedure established by law to prevent any breach of peace or law and order on account of rival disputes between the parties. To us, the order appears to be quite innocuous. Since the matter is still under consideration before the learned single Judge and is directed to be listed next week, any observation made by us in the present appeal will
2.
2 HCJ & RC,J WA_72_2025 affect the merits of the case pending before the learned single Judge. We do not find it a good case for interference in the order impugned.
3. The Writ Appeal is found to be without merit and is, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
