C. Pass any other order, directions or relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the petitioners’ case in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. The petitioner is respondent No.1 before the concerned Court in Miscellaneous Petition No.427/2021, which is said to be pending before the concerned Court for the last 4 years and there is no progress in the said petition. The petition is preferred on account of an exparte decree that is passed against the petitioner therein.
