Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the endorsement in Roc.No.564/2020 (DT), dated 25.12.2020 issued by the 4th respondent and also proceedings in R.Dis.No.E2/e-1759975/2020, dated 14.10.2020 issued by the 2nd respondent thereby changing the classification of Government Cattle Stand Land connected land of Ac.2.15 cents covered by Sy.No.153-1 of Malakacharla Revenue Village, Denduluru Mandal, West Godavari District and contemplating to grant the same as house sites under ‘Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu’ scheme. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter of the 4th respondent submits that the subject land in an extent of Ac.2.15 cents in R.S.No.153-1 of Malakacharla Revenue Village, Denduluru Mandal was effected with change of classification vide proceedings of the District Collector, West Godavari District dated 14.10.2020 as village site and 71 house sites pattas were distributed to the houseless poor people on 04.01.2021. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no relief can be granted in this writ petition. 4 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Interim order if any, deemed to have been vacated.
