He further submitted that after closing the contempt case, it was found that the authorities have paid the amounts relating to another claim and the amount in respect of the present 2 contempt case is still pending. Due to oversight and miscommunication, the same mistake has been committed, the same is neither willful nor wanton, accordingly, prayed to allow this Interlocutory application restoring the Contempt Case to its file. Perused the record. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and as no objection has been raised by the other side, this application is ordered.
